The ideal Apartment Leasing Consultant Bilingual will possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:

· Generate new leases. Conduct tours of the apartment community; help prospective residents find a great new place to call home by showcasing the community.

· The Apartment Leasing Consultant Bilingual will work with the Management team to initiate creative strategies to build positive buzz about the apartment community; partner with nearby businesses, attend local events, and make connections/contacts in the neighborhood.

· Develop social media initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.

· Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to community residents.

· Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.

Requirements of the Apartment Leasing Consultant Bilingual:

1 year of prior experience in leasing is preferred. Apartment software experience is a bonus (AMSI, Yardi, Rent Roll, OneSite, eSite, etc.). A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or some college coursework desirable. Weekends REQUIRED Employment eligibility as well as background checks will be performed.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our investments.

Responsibilities:.

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and enforcing lease agreements.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of the property.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.

• Prepare, review and close financial books for assigned properties on a monthly basis.
