How Candidate Abuse Is Costing Your Firm Revenue

Do you remember the book "Freakonomics" from a few years ago?


It did a great job of discussing the effect that two separate events have on each other.

I just came across an article that could have definitely been a part of that book that I think you will enjoy. The article discusses how the way that we treat job candidates reflects on the way we treat our customers. Not many companies factor in the candidate experience, but they should because it is quickly becoming a "hidden cost" that is costing us millions.
